The rules that govern your use of Moussa Trades.

By using Moussa Trades (moussatrades.com) you agree to the terms below. Please read them in full before using the site. The language is deliberately plain — full legal detail is available on request via the email at the bottom.

1. What the site is for

An educational site. Everything published here — articles, videos, courses, newsletters, student testimonials — exists to teach trading. None of it is investment advice. We do not give you buy/sell recommendations, manage your portfolio, or take a cut of your gains or losses.

2. No guarantees about trading outcomes

Trading carries the risk of losing capital. Past performance — ours or any student’s — does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make based on something you read or watch here is your own decision and your own responsibility. We recommend consulting a licensed financial adviser in your country before any real financial decision.

3. Your account (if any)

The site itself does not require you to create an account. Courses are sold through Whop and the trading community runs on Discord — both have their own terms, outside the scope of this document.

4. Intellectual property

Everything published here (text, images, videos, design, logo) belongs to the project. You may:

  • Read and share by URL freely.
  • Quote short passages for general discussion, with attribution.

You may not:

  • Republish full content on another platform without written permission.
  • Sell the content or re-teach it as if it were yours.
  • Download videos and re-upload them to YouTube, TikTok, or anywhere else.

5. Prohibited uses

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Hack it or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation.
  • Impersonate the site, the founder, or any student.
  • Use it to spread scam links, misinformation, or unlawful content.
  • Scrape it at industrial scale — normal reading is welcome.

Any breach may result in being blocked from the site and the community.

The site links out to Whop, Discord, Beehiiv, YouTube, and others. Those are independent services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or transactional security.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law: neither Moussa Trades nor the founder is liable for any financial loss, or any direct or indirect damages, arising from your use of the site or its content. You bear full responsibility for your financial decisions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the founder’s country of residence. Any dispute that can’t be resolved amicably by email goes to the competent courts in that country.
