This page explains what data Moussa Trades (moussatrades.com) collects, why, and what your rights are. The language is deliberately plain — full legal detail is available on request via the email at the bottom.

What we collect
Data you choose to share
- Your email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter. Stored with our newsletter provider (Beehiiv) and used only for the newsletter.
- Your messages — when you email us at the address above.
Data collected automatically
- Anonymous usage data — which pages you visit, which links you click, broad device type (mobile / desktop). Captured via PostHog in cookieless mode — never tied to your identity, never used for cross-site tracking. That’s why there’s no cookie consent banner — we don’t drop any analytics cookies in the first place.
We do not collect: full IP addresses, payment-card data, photos, contacts, precise geolocation, or any data that’s “sensitive” in the legal sense of the word.

When you click a link to Whop, Discord, or Beehiiv, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies.
Your rights (under GDPR and equivalents)
You have the right to:
- Access — ask what we hold about you.
- Rectify — fix anything inaccurate.
- Erase — ask us to delete your data entirely (GDPR Article 17 — “right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time, with one click of the unsubscribe link in every email.
To exercise any of these, email business@moussatrades.com — we respond within 30 days, typically much sooner.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The site may use a small number of strictly-necessary technical cookies on the /admin route (admin login only — not reachable by regular visitors).
How long we keep your data
- Newsletter email — until you unsubscribe.
- Vercel server logs — auto-deleted after 30 days.
- PostHog usage data — auto-deleted after 90 days.
Changes to this policy
Any meaningful change will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, if material, get announced in the newsletter.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the law of the founder’s country of residence, with EU GDPR honoured for EU visitors regardless of where the founder is based.
